How are minutes calculated?
Minutes are based on the duration of your source video, for each target language. A five-minute video dubbed into Spanish uses five input minutes. Dubbing that video into English as well uses another five. Review the calculated requirement before confirming your project.
When do I pay?
Upload your video and choose a language to see the minutes required. If your balance is too low, purchase a subscription or Minutes Pack. Dubbing starts only after you review the project and explicitly confirm.
What is the difference between a plan and a pack?
Creator includes 10 input minutes per monthly billing cycle; Pro includes 60. A Minutes Pack is a one-time purchase of 60 input minutes. Purchased pack minutes do not expire.
Does downloading use more minutes?
No. Downloading the same completed result does not consume additional input minutes. A new dubbing project for another target language uses the source duration again.
